So, the location of this hotel is seriously awesome! It’s right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to explore the city. The breakfasts were decent, offering both buffet and menu options, which I appreciated.
Yikes! The cleanliness could really use some work. I spotted mold in the bathroom and the shower design was just poor, leading to water issues. We also got a room without a window right by reception, and trust me, you can hear everything—spoiled our sleep! Plus, I felt a bit uneasy with no clear fire escape in sight. Definitely not the relaxing stay we hoped for.

I recently stayed for three nights, primarily to explore the vibrant local culture. The hotel's location in the old quarter made it convenient for visiting tourist attractions just a short stroll away. The staff was really good, especially Gem, who helped me secure amazing tour arrangements. The room was spotless and comfortable, and I enjoyed a good breakfast each morning. there were plenty of coffee shops nearby, and the hotel offered excellent laundry and massage services.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Great location, just a short walk to the cathedral! The staff were super helpful, even packing us breakfast for an early flight. Rooms were spacious, though a bit noisy. Breakfast at the sister hotel was worth the walk. A comfortable and friendly stay. Good value for money!

I had a wonderful stay! My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely window. Breakfast was tasty, and the discount on massages was a nice bonus. I did have to walk to another hotel for breakfast and the bathroom could have been better, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Staying at the "Hotel Triplets Entertainment" with my family was a blast! the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, from organizing special family-friendly events to providing excellent service.
My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would enhance the family-friendly atmosphere.

This place had everything you need for a city trip. Breakfast was just a hop away at a sister hotel. the rooms were spacious and had all the essentials. the staff was super welcoming and helpful, hooking me up with awesome tours. Plus, there were tons of food options outside. Location was top-notch, and you could even shower before an evening tour. Totally recommend it!
Nothing major to gripe about. Some rooms were a tad noisy, but earplugs fixed that.
